Clinique Cheek Pop Shade Berry Pop Review

00When the season changes I like changing my make up so this time I’m starting with my blusher. I prefer deeper shades for colder weather but warmer shades for Spring/Summer. I saw Clinique’s range of Cheek Pop blushers and fell in love with the packaging. The daisy design is so gorgeous and just seems so perfect for the Spring Season. I chose the Shade Berry Pop as it seemed more bold then the other colours so I thought it would work better for deeper skintones.

The blusher is a pigmented powder texture however, the product feels very soft and smooth so does not leave skin looking chalky so would be good for all skin types. A great feature of this blusher is that it is buildable and the first application just adds a subtle colour that deepens as you reapply. This is great since it enables you to be completely in control of the depth of colour you want. Usually blushers tend to have a texture that causes too much product to be added onto the skin in the first application however this is really easily buildable from a soft colour to bold colour.

The blusher is long lasting and lasted a good 7 hours so the price is worth it, and the range of shades will suit all skin tones and is suitable for all skin types too. If like me you have a ย deeper skintone then I highly recommend this particular shade as it is really noticeable and works really well to compliment warmer skin tones.
